The Moore Industries miniMOORE MIX is a 2-wire, loop-powered signal isolator and converter that fits two fully independent analog channels into a rugged metal housing just 25.4 mm (1 in) wide. Each channel is set with DIP switches to accept 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V or 0-10V and delivers an isolated 4-20mA output, so process and factory automation teams can break ground loops, convert mismatched voltage signals to current, boost an overburdened loop, or split one measurement to two receiving systems such as a DCS, PLC or SCADA host. Performance is rated at ±0.1% of span accuracy with 1000 Vrms isolation between input and output and from channel to channel.

This listing is the MIX/2XPRG/2X4-20MA/12-42DC configuration in the universal DIN housing, which mounts on both 32 mm G-type (EN50035) and 35 mm Top Hat (EN50022) rails. The unit draws its 12-42V DC operating power from the output loop — typically supplied by the receiving device — and setup is entirely hardware-based: DIP switches select each channel's input type while front-panel potentiometers trim zero and span.
