These terms govern your use of the Network Orbitz website and your purchases and sales of equipment with Network Orbitz, Inc. (“Network Orbitz”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to them. We’ve written them to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us before you order.
1. Agreement to these terms
This site is intended for business use by enterprise organizations and professionals. If you use it on behalf of a company, you represent that you’re authorized to bind that company. Where a signed master agreement or purchase order between us conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. Quotes, orders & payment
Prices shown in the catalog and quotes are in U.S. dollars and, unless stated otherwise, valid for 30 days. Store purchases complete on the linked listing’s checkout; direct orders are accepted when we confirm them in writing. Payment is due per the terms on your invoice; approved accounts may order on net terms against a purchase order. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before acceptance.
3. Shipping, title & returns
Shipping dates are good-faith estimates. Unless agreed otherwise, title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in the condition shipped, with an RMA number issued by our support team; custom-configured orders may carry a restocking fee, which we’ll state on your quote.
4. Warranties & disclaimers
Every working unit — new or refurbished — carries the Network Orbitz 14-Day Warranty from delivery unless your quote states otherwise; new-sealed equipment may additionally carry the manufacturer’s warranty subject to the manufacturer’s policy. The warranty covers repair, replacement, or refund of defective equipment and is your exclusive remedy. Items sold “For Parts” are excluded and clearly labeled. Except as expressly stated, equipment is provided without other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Equipment we purchase
When you sell equipment to us, you represent that you have clear title and authority to sell it. Our offers are based on the condition described; we may adjust an offer after inspection and will tell you before proceeding. Data sanitization is performed on all data-bearing devices we purchase and documented per our published process.
6. Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the equipment giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions about these terms:
