About this item
The Allen-Bradley 1769-IF16C is a Compact I/O 16-channel analog current input module for CompactLogix controllers and MicroLogix 1500 (Series B) systems. It accepts 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA current signals (full scale 0-21 mA and 3.2-21 mA) and converts them with a sigma-delta converter at up to 16-bit unipolar resolution. Each channel is independently configured for input range, filter frequency, data format, real-time sampling and process alarms, with over/under-range bit reporting.
The input group is isolated from the backplane bus (500V AC / 710V DC, 1-minute qualification test) and the module draws a maximum of 190 mA @ 5V DC and 70 mA @ 24V DC from the backplane. The removable finger-safe terminal block and door are the module's field-replaceable parts. This unit is new and factory sealed, manufactured in 2016.
