How can we help?

Ordering & Payment

Every product page has a buy button that takes you to the live listing on our store, where you check out securely. Prefer a formal quote instead? Use “Request a quote” on any product and our team will handle it directly.

Store purchases support the standard checkout options including major cards and PayPal. For direct quotes and bulk orders we also accept wire transfer, ACH, and purchase orders from approved organizations.

Yes. Multi-unit and project orders qualify for volume pricing — send the part numbers and quantities through the quote form and we will price the package as a whole.

Absolutely. Request a quote from any product page or the contact form and we will return a formal quote you can route through procurement, followed by a proper invoice on purchase.

Shipping & International

In-stock units are professionally packed and dispatched promptly after payment — most orders leave our facility within a couple of business days, fully tracked.

We ship to 30+ countries and counting. If your destination is not covered at checkout, contact us and we will arrange a shipping option for you.

Shipments travel with tracked, insured carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. You receive the tracking number as soon as the label is created.

International duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are billed by your local customs authority, not by us. We are happy to advise on documentation before you order.

Yes — larger units such as chassis switches, drives and total stations ship on protected freight. We crate them properly and coordinate delivery details with you.

Warranty & Returns

Every working unit we ship is covered by our warranty from delivery against functional defects. If it does not perform to spec, we repair it, replace it, or refund it. Items sold “For Parts” are excluded and clearly labeled.

Use the RMA form with your order number, the part number, and a short description of the issue. We respond with an RMA number and return instructions.

Photograph the packaging and the unit as received and contact us right away. Every shipment is insured — we will resolve it with a replacement or refund while we handle the carrier claim.

New · Sealed units may also be eligible for the manufacturer’s own warranty depending on the brand’s policy for independent-channel purchases. Our warranty applies regardless, so you are covered either way.

Conditions & Testing

A previously deployed unit that has been fully restored , bench-tested, and QC-verified — from serial verification and functional bench testing to firmware reset and final QC sign-off.

Yes. We photograph the actual unit during testing — what you see in the listing is what ships, cosmetic condition included.

T&M instruments receive a calibration check as part of certification. If you need a fresh dated calibration certificate for compliance, ask before ordering and we will arrange it.

Selling to Us

Servers and storage, networking, industrial automation, test & measurement, electrical and power, GPS/survey — from single units to full decommissions. If it is enterprise-grade, send the list.

Fast — offers are researched against current secondary-market value and honored unless the condition differs from what was described. Send your list and we will come back quickly with real numbers.

We do. You receive prepaid, insured labels — or freight and pickup arrangements for bulk. You will never receive an invoice from us for the process.

Yes. Storage-bearing devices go through certified data sanitization, with documentation available for your compliance records.
