Toshiba built the TOSVERT VF-AS1 (AS1) line as its heavy duty general purpose drive platform: modular construction for fast installation, operation with little or no programming out of the box, and a deep parameter set when an application demands fine control. Dynamic braking, an EMC filter, and RS485 communications are built in, with overload capacity of 100% continuous and 150% for 60 seconds.

This listing is the VFAS1-4300PL-HN — the 40 HP, 460 V class rating, supplying 66 A to a three-phase motor from a 380/480 V, 50/60 Hz input in a NEMA 1 / IP20 chassis with conduit adapter. I/O runs to eight programmable discrete inputs, three discrete outputs, and five analog channels, and the integral LED keypad can save, restore, and clone drive settings between units.
