About this item
The ProSoft Technology PLX31-EIP-MBTCP is a standalone industrial gateway that moves data bi-directionally between EtherNet/IP controllers or devices and Modbus TCP/IP equipment. It provides up to 10,000 16-bit registers of exchange space, supports two connected plus one unconnected EtherNet/IP client alongside ten Modbus TCP/IP clients and ten servers (five MBAP, five encapsulated), and connects through a 10/100 Mbit RJ45 Ethernet port. An embedded EDS Add-On Profile shortens integration with Logix controllers, and an SD card slot (card optional) stores configuration files for quick module replacement.
This listing is a new, open-box PLX31-EIP-MBTCP gateway module. It runs on 24 VDC nominal (10–36 VDC accepted) and carries a -25°C to 70°C operating rating, suited to control cabinets in demanding environments.
