About this item
The Fisher FIELDVUE DVC6200 is a communicating, microprocessor-based current-to-pneumatic digital valve controller. It converts a 4–20 mA DC input signal into a pneumatic output that positions a control valve, and it uses the HART protocol (HART 5 or HART 7) for configuration, calibration and diagnostics at the valve or over the loop.
HW2 identifies the current hardware revision of the instrument. The unit mounts directly to Fisher 657/667 or GX actuators and to other actuators built to IEC 60534-6-1, IEC 60534-6-2, VDI/VDE 3845 or NAMUR standards. This listing includes the integral-mount Fisher 67CFR pressure regulator, whose mounting pad is part of the 1/4 NPT supply connection on the module base.
The housing carries a Type 4X / IP66 rating, with 1/4 NPT internal supply and output ports, a 3/8 NPT vent and 1/2 NPT or M20 electrical entries. Operating ambient range is –40 to +85 °C, and HART communication is supported alongside the analog control signal.
