The Qualitrol 909-300-01 is a seal-in (latching) relay from the Qualitrol 909 Series, built for transformer protection schemes where a momentary contact closure has to be captured and held. Qualitrol’s 900 (oil-space) and 910 (gas-space) rapid pressure rise relays actuate only briefly during a sudden-pressure event; the 909 latches that momentary signal, holds the alarm and trip circuits with LED status indication, and releases only when the front-panel reset button is pressed. It is the standard companion device for Qualitrol RPRR protection in utility substations, transformer manufacturing, and industrial power plants.
This listing is for a Qualitrol 909-300-01 with screw-terminal field wiring, listed for 24 VDC control power. The unit accepts a jumper-selectable supply, drives two output relays for simultaneous alarm and trip control, and uses a redundant make/break input circuit that protects against false trips caused by damaged wiring.
