The GE Multilin 469 is a microprocessor-based motor management relay that protects and manages medium and large horsepower three-phase motors and their driven equipment. Motor protection, fault diagnostics, power metering, and RTU functions are combined in a single drawout-case unit, with twelve programmable 3-wire RTD inputs for stator and bearing temperature monitoring and six output relays assigned to trips, alarms, and start blocks.

The order code specifies 5 A phase CT secondaries (P5), high-range control power accepting 90-300 V DC or 70-265 V AC (HI), four programmable 4-20 mA analog outputs (A20), and the enhanced front panel with a 10Base-T Ethernet port (T) alongside the standard front RS232 and dual rear RS485 Modbus RTU ports. GE has since retired the 469 platform, which makes a tested unit like this one a straightforward drop-in spare for installations already standardized on it.
